WHAT's Covered

The following list shows a broad range of medical and dental expenses covered under HUB Financial Inc.’s FlexSave™ plan. This list includes but is not limited to the following:

Over 20 Medical Practioners – including Chiropractor, Dentist, Homeopath, Masseur etc.

Medicine & Medical Treatment – cardiographs, lab tests, vaccines etc.

Dental Treatment – braces, crowns, dentures, root canal etc.

Other Expenditures – cat scan, MRI, kidney machine, pacemaker etc.

The general guiding principle for eligibility is that treatment must be conducted for medical reasons, and not for cosmetic purposes. Procedures covered under traditional employee benefits would be covered  under our program at 100%.

I'M SELF Employed ... Is there a plan for me?

Whether you are a corporation of one or self employed, there are now health and dental benefit programs specifically created with you in mind. You are able to pre-fund your coverage, whereby the company agrees to provide funding for these expense amounts and the applicable fees and taxes up to a limit the company sets in advance.

 

The total amount paid by the company is 100% tax-deductible to the business

The employee receives a Tax Free benefit.

 

If you operate a business, are self employed or an independent contractor, you are eligible. The business must be your main source of revenue as an individual is not able to create a company for the sole purpose of a health and welfare trust. There are no minimums or maximum size requirements.
